Ultimately your marketers are your link between you at the lodge and the operators/agents. They are your front line pushing with the agents for sales. It is important they have sound relationships with the operators this is what you are paying them for – there ease of access and knowledge of the industry.
Your marketer will sit with operators and there staff doing product training on your lodge and will make sure they have your up-to-date rates and contact details and will be able to assist with all enquires for you.
This eliminates a huge cost for you not having to do this yourself and leave you free to run your lodge – this kind of service is very affordable for most safari lodges, beach lodges and boutique hotels.
